When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm Friday thru Sunday, will be shipped out on Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be shipped the following working day.

I placed an order. How do I know it went through?

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has gone through. Once we process your order you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has shipped. 

When can I expect my product to arrive and through what service?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class service. The post office estimates a 2-4 day shipping time, however That’s Clever does not guarantee shipment will arrive in that time frame. If your order has not been received within 7 days of the expected despatch date, please email us with your order details for further instructions.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We charge £3.95 for standard shipping of all UK orders.  Orders over £75 are carriage free.  Rest of the world will be calculated during the checkout process. 

I haven’t received my order yet

Orders are sent by second class post, however, depending on the value of your order, we may send them by DPD carrier.
Within the UK, you should receive your items within 2-4 days of dispatch. If you haven’t received your item within 10 days, please contact us by email with your order details [email protected] .

Please check the following first

  • Check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them.
    • Check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it can’t fit through your letterbox.
    • Contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

For International orders, please allow 25 working days for delivery.


All of our products come with one year warranty and 14 days full refund policy

If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable for you any more, you can return it back to us within 14 days of ordering and ask for a full refund of the product purchased. The customer is responsible for the return of any unsuitable items. 

IMPORTANT : Please contact us by email with your order details and the reason for return to receive a returns reference to add to your return.  No returns can be accepted without this reference number.

If the goods are found to be faulty within 28 days, you may return it to us within 28 days of order date and ask for a full product refund or a replacement. Please contact us first for a returns reference.

If your goods become faulty within one year, you can return it back to us and we will offer you a free repair. To claim on the Warranty you must provide us a valid proof of purchase with the date purchased and your order number. Please contact us by email with your order details to receive a returns reference to add to your return. No returns can be accepted without this reference number.

DME Solutions, That’s Clever, Unit 63 Basepoint, Tewkesbury, GL20 8SD, UK and MUST include our returns reference on the outside of the package.

Our delivery charges are non-refundable.
